The next morning, they were on the bus. They sat on the bed and watched TV.  Nick sat up on the bed and Brizee leaned back against him.

      I love this, Nick said.

      What, Brizee said.

      You leaning up against me, just sitting here relaxing, Nick said.

      Hmmm, I love it, too, Brizee said.

      So, when is the big day going to be? Nick said nuzzling her neck.

      Youll have to wait and see, Brizee said.

      How long? Nick said.

      Itll be a surprise, Brizee said. Nick sighed.

      I love you, Nick said.

      I know, I love you, too, Brizee said.

The next day, Nick and the guys went to the venue. Brizee sat in the hotel room. Her cell phone rang. She picked it up.

      Hello, Brizee said.

      Hey baby, guess who, said a voice the man she hoped she would never hear from again.

      Adam, what the hell do you want, Brizee said.

      I want you back, Adam said.

      No way, all you did was cause me pain, I never want to be with you ever again, Brizee said.

      Well, how would you like it if your buddy, Nicky boy, was dead, Adam said.

      You wouldnt dare, Brizee said.

      Try me, Brizee, you know what I can do, if you want to save him, leave him, Adam said. Brizee hung up and sat there. Nick came in.

      Baby, Nick said. Brizee got up and ran to him. She hugged him tight.

      I love you so much! Brizee said.

      I love you, too, whats wrong, Nick said.

      Adam called me, Brizee said.

      What, what did he want, Nick said.

      He wants me back, Brizee said.

      He aint getting you back, Nick said.

      He said if I dont leave you, hell kill you, Brizee said. Nick looked at her.

      He said that, Nick said.

      Yes, Brizee said. Nick hugged her tight.

      I just came to get something, I have to get back to the venue, will you come to the show tonight, Nick said.  Brizee looked up at him.

      Yeah, Brizee said. He kissed her softly.

      See you later, baby, Nick said. He kissed her passionately and left. Brizee sat down. She knew what she had to do. She packed up all her stuff. She wrote letters to all five guys. She put them on the table and headed to the airport. She got on the plane back to Florida.

Meanwhile.

Nick and Brian were horsing around backstage. Kevin sat there with AJ.

      Hopefully Briz will get here to calm Nick down, Kevin said.

      Yeah, he seems to get all sappy when shes around, AJ said.

      Bone, he is so deep in love with her, its not even funny, Kevin said.

      I know, I know, you know, Im glad they got together, they look really cute together, AJ said.

Kevins cell phone rang. He picked it up.

      Hello, Kevin said.

      Kevin, its Brizee, um, after the show, can you, Brian, AJ, and Howie go to the room with Nick, Brizee said. Kevin looked at AJ.

      Sure, couldnt you tell me when you got here, Kevin said.

      No, because Im not coming, dont say anything or tell anyone, Im going back to Florida, Im on the plane now, I hated to do this but I have no choice, just go back to the room with Nick, I gotta go, take care, Kev, bye, Brizee said. She hung up. Kevin hung up.

      Whats up, AJ said.

      We are going back to Nicks room with him after the show, Kevin said.

      Why, AJ said.

      Briz called, she asked me to get you guys and go with Nick to his room, Kevin said.

      Is she coming, AJ said.

      No, dont tell anyone, especially Nick, Kevin said.

      Oh man, if he knows, hell be devastated, AJ said.

After the show, Nick went to shower. He was so mad that Briz wasnt there. He looked around and found her spot and she wasnt there. Nick came out dressed.

      Nick, come on, Kevin said as he, Brian, AJ, and Howie waited for him.

      I have to get back to the hotel, Nick said.

      We know, we all are going together, Kevin said.

They all went back to the hotel and went to Nicks room.

      Guys, your rooms, Nick said.

      Lets hang out a little bit, Kevin said. Nick shrugged and went in and looked around.

      Briz, Nick called. No answer. Kevin looked around and found letters on the coffee table.

      Nick, Kevin said pointing. Nick went over and picked them up. He handed one to each of the guys.

      Brizs writing, Nick said as he opened his.

Dear Nick, as you are reading this, I am gone, Im sorry that I did this but I had no choice. Please know that I love you so much. You will always be in my heart. But we cant be together anymore, I am so sorry, I will always love you, goodbye, Nicky, Love always, Brizee

Brian came over to Nick. Nick looked at him. Nick went to the bedroom and saw all Brizees stuff gone. Nick collapsed on the bed and cried. Brian, Howie, AJ, and Kevin stood at the door. They went out and stood there.

      Man, what are we going to do, Brian said.

      Do what Briz asked, look out for him, take care of him, she has a good reason for leaving, we all saw the pain Adam caused Briz, he almost killed Nick when Adam and Brizee were together, he could of killed him for sure if Briz stayed, Kevin said.

      But the bodyguards could protect Nick, AJ said.

      Yeah, offstage, man, Adam could be in the audience and have a shot at Nick when hes onstage, Kevin said. Brian sighed.

      AJ, Howie, one of you should stay here with Nick so he aint alone, Kevin said.

      Ill do it, AJ said.

      Thanks, Bone, come on, cuz, we got girls waiting, Kevin said. Kevin and Brian left.

      Take care of Nick, okay, Bone, be there for him, Howie said.

      I know, D, AJ said. Howie left. AJ sat down on the couch and quietly turned on the TV. Nick came out.

      I know why she did this, to protect me, she knew that Adam would kill me if she stayed with me, Nick said. AJ nodded.

      I know, man, AJ said.

      But how can I live without her, Nick said sitting down.

      She is in your heart, man, AJ said.

Meanwhile in Florida

Brizee got off the plane and went to the police station and asked for Officer Dave Smith. She went to his office.

      Hi Dave, Brizee said.

      Hey Brizee, whats up, Dave said as she sat down.

      Adam has been threatening me and Nick, Brizee said. Dave looked at her.

      What has he done now, cant he leave you alone, Dave said getting out the file.

      He wants me back and I told him that I dont want him, he told me that if I didnt leave Nick, Adam would kill him, Brizee said.

      So you left Nick, Dave said.

      I know what Adam would do, I know he would kill Nick, he almost killed Nick before, he might have succeeded this time if I didnt leave Nick, Brizee said.

      This guy is going to jail, Brizee, Ill have Mark take you home and stay with you and when its safe, go back to Nick, okay, Dave said.

      Thanks, Dave, Brizee said.

      Brizee, you are a special girl, your parents saved my life and your father kept me alive, I have known your family all my life, I will die protecting you and your loved ones, Dave said.

      I know, Brizee said. She left and went home with Mark. She went inside and saw Adam.

      What the hell are you doing here! Brizee yelled.
Mark came in. He saw Adam.

      Is this Adam, Mark said.

      Yes, thats Adam, Brizee said.

      Adam Martin, you are under arrest, for harassment, attempted murder, and a whole list of other charges, Mark said. Mark called Dave. Ten minutes later, Dave came in with two other cops.

      Well, well, well, Adam Martin, you seem to want to cause some trouble, do you know that you are a very wanted guy, Dave said. They arrested Adam and left. Dave stayed with Brizee.

      Brizee, I have talked with the Chief and he is going to keep Adam in jail indefinitely, you will be safe now and so will Nick and the guys, Dave said.

      Thanks, Brizee said. Dave hugged her.

      Now, go back to your man, Dave said. Brizee smiled and got her stuff and left to catch up with the tour. She got on the plane and headed to where the tour was headed.
